Founder name-SEO kit — "Sandon Jurowski"
Paste-ready bio blocks + a profile checklist for owning page 1 of a "Sandon
Jurowski" search. Companion to the hub page (/sandon-jurowski) and
SANDONJUROWSKI_DOMAIN.md.
The one rule: be identical everywhere
Google clusters profiles into a single entity when the signals match. So use the same name, same headline, same bio, same backlink, and same photo on every profile. Variation weakens the clustering. Copy verbatim from below.
- Name (exact, everywhere):
Sandon Jurowski(never "S. Jurowski" or a nickname) - Backlink (the "website" field on every profile):
https://sandonjurowski.com(live 2026-08-08 — the canonical hub; use this everywhere).
Headline (one line — LinkedIn headline, X/Bluesky, GitHub bio)
Short (~150 char — GitHub, X, Bluesky):
Founder of Point Seven Studio. Creator of HabitForge (250k+ users). Building HiveJournal — honest software for writing, listening, and family.
LinkedIn headline (~220 char):
Founder & Principal at Point Seven Studio | Creator of HabitForge (250,000+ users) | Building HiveJournal — honest software for writing, listening & family | Full-stack + AI systems
Bio — three lengths
One-liner (~20 words):
Sandon Jurowski is the founder of Point Seven Studio and the creator of HabitForge, a habit app used by 250,000+ people.
Short (~50 words — most profiles):
Sandon Jurowski is the founder of Point Seven Studio and the creator of HabitForge, a habit-building app used by more than 250,000 people since 2009. He builds HiveJournal and a mesh of honest software for writing, listening, and family — working across product design, full-stack web, and AI systems.
Long (~150 words — About.me, Crunchbase, Muck Rack, personal site):
Sandon Jurowski is the founder and principal of Point Seven Studio, and the creator of HabitForge — a habit-building app used by more than 250,000 people since 2009. Today he builds HiveJournal and a small mesh of intertwined products for writing, listening, and family life, including graphene.fm and the Emberkiln audiobook studio.
He works across the whole stack — product design, full-stack web development, and AI systems — and cares most about building software that treats people like adults: no dark patterns, no manipulation, and an honest account of what a tool can and can't do. That through-line ties Point Seven Studio's products into one honest whole.
Find him at hivejournal.com/sandon-jurowski, or across his products at Point Seven Studio.
Profile checklist — create / fill / cross-link each
For each: set the name, paste the matching-length bio + headline, add the backlink, and (where possible) the same photo.
| Profile | URL | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| linkedin.com/in/jurowski | exists | Headline + About (short/long bio) + add the hub to Featured. Ranks strongly for names. | |
| GitHub | github.com/jurowski | exists | Bio (short) + "website" = hub. Create a profile README (jurowski/jurowski repo) with the long bio — it renders on the profile and indexes. |
| Crunchbase | crunchbase.com | create | A person profile + the Point Seven Studio org profile. High authority for founders. |
| About.me | about.me/sandonjurowski | create | One-page profile — these rank fast for a name query. Long bio + all links. |
| Product Hunt | producthunt.com | check | Maker profile for HabitForge / HiveJournal; bio + link. |
| Bluesky | bsky.app | check | Bio (short) + link. (The network already posts here.) |
| X / Twitter | x.com | check | Bio (short) + link. |
| Medium or Substack | — | optional | Author profile + republish 1–2 posts (canonical back to the blog) under the byline. |
| Muck Rack | muckrack.com | optional | If any press happens — a source/creator profile that ranks. |
| Wellfound (AngelList) | wellfound.com | optional | Founder profile. |
| sandonjurowski.com | — | in progress | The exact-match hub; usually #1 for the name once live. |
Direct moves (parallel to the content build) — these remove rather than bury
- Google "Results about you" (in your Google account → Results about you): request removal of the court-record pages + turn on monitoring. Free.
- If minors are involved: ask the court clerk to seal or redact the record. The single highest-leverage action, and often available for family matters involving children.
- Data-broker / people-search opt-outs. A search for the name surfaces Radaris (radaris.com) — a public-records/people-search aggregator in the same category as the court records. File its free opt-out (radaris.com → "control information" / remove-my-info flow). The same names recur across the industry — Spokeo, Whitepages, BeenVerified, MyLife, Intelius, TruePeopleSearch — each with its own opt-out. Doing them by hand is tedious but effective; DeleteMe or Optery automate the whole set for a fee if it's worth the time saved.
- Track it: once sandonjurowski.com is in Google Search Console, its Performance report shows exactly which queries surface the name and where the unwanted results sit — the scoreboard for whether suppression + removal are working.
Reality check
This is a multi-week build — new profiles need to index and earn a little trust. You're stacking real, notable material (the HabitForge revival is a legitimate press hook), so it ranks and holds. No fake profiles, no doorway pages, no keyword stuffing — authenticity is what ranks long-term and what avoids a penalty later.
